IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love your purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please bring it into the store within 14 days along with the original receipt. Items must be unused and have tags still attached in order to receive a refund. Gift cards, perishable, holiday, sale, clearance, customized and special ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Online returns must be requested within three (3) business days of delivery. Product must be unused, in new condition and have tags attached. Gift cards, perishable, holiday, sale, clearance, customized and special ordered items are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, please send us an email with photos within two (2) business days of delivery. Requests should be sent to info@jeppieonline.com and will be responded to within two (2) business days with a shipping label and any additional details required for the return. Return packages must be shipped within five (5) business days of receiving the return label. Returns not shipped within the appropriate window of time will be refused.
Jeppie is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. In the event that a shipping address is entered incorrectly and the package has been returned to us, the order will be cancelled with a refund issued minus all shipping charges.
